DescriptionAbsolutely delighted to pick up this page!A great homage to the opening splash page of Uncanny X-Men #168 which shows Kitty Pryde bursting through a door shouting the words, “Professor Xavier is a jerk!” (see Additional Images) After House of X / Powers of X, Marauders was the “M” in Jonathan Hickman’s first wave of titles to launch after Powers of X #6 -- X-Men -- Jonathan Hickman + Leinil Yu Marauders -- Gerry Duggan + Matteo Lolli Excalibur -- Tini Howard + Marcus To New Mutants -- Jonathan Hickman/Ed Brisson + Rod Reis -- the first letters of each publication spelling out X-MEN. Following Hickman’s exit and a bit of a reshuffle in the X-Office, Duggan has moved on to X-Men, working with Pepe Larraz, and a new creative team is taking over Marauders, with a new #1 out in March 2022, so I wanted to pick up an early page from Lolli’s run. I was absolutely delighted when I found that this was available. A great addition to my Dawn of X collection! Social/Sharing |

Captain Kate is pretty take charge and shows the maturity that comes with leadership and responsibility! Fantastic end splash!
