Description

Fantasy book cover artist John Van Fleet created this work of art back in 1998.
He also did the covers for the Typhoid limited series.

This cover was based on the second episode of Season One entitle "Deep Throat".

Just as it seems, it is a collage of mixed media, predominantly watercoler.
The small photo of the UFO is even taped on with black electrical tape.

John really captured the spirit of the show.
Dark mysterious tones, Scully bewildered and still unsure, and Mulder with his head in the clouds "wanting to believe".
