Description

This is the most beautiful and impressive unicorn we have ever seen! Part Lion, part Equine, it is a powerful beast indeed! This is a magical piece, and not quite what you normally expect from the creator of some of Heavy Metal magazine's trippiest sci-fi comics. It was created for the 1987 Festival of Animation hosted by the La Jolla Museum. The art was used on the brochure, and also for the promotional poster.
