It's a hot bad girl in the Blood Queen that's given the grand centerfold presentation with the vertical double page splash! A key add on book that was the Who's Who for Portacio's Wetworks that launched that year. Clark and McWeeney were pretty established in Wildstorm already and pretty in tune with the Portacio style to create a definitive image out of the bio and designs they were given.
