Possibly redrawn or alternative / rejected page? I have only the German publication but there are two differences to discover. The page is from Ferraris but the circumstances of how it was created i do not know. It is usually the case that the original pages were sent to the publisher and the publisher does not send them back to the artist. Maybe that's why he redrew these and maybe other pages.

is this published? I believe in 1994 lettering was still done on the original page
