Description

Angel Medina was asked to submit a few options for a Spidey cover, but the creative juices were flowing, so he had more than a dozen variations, many with some form of extreme foreshortening like this. How often do we get a close-up of his fingertips, and the frayed webline? Plus an excellent cityscape, rendered at a dizzying Dutch angle. Joe Quesada would have a similar cover in 2020.

Wow the perspective, the action and dynamic layout! This is a beauty of a piece and Medina adds detail and depth with his shading. Great piece, congrats!
