DescriptionQuite possibly my favorite piece of art that I own. I have been a huge fan of Spider-Punk since he first appeared in the Spider-Verse storyline and this issue was his origin story. So here is where the events of the story come to a climax where Hobie and his band of punks lead the charge against an oppressive police state using the sound of a guitar strum to disrupt the VENOM police force. Down in the corner we get a glimpse of Captain Anarchy saying "Let's go! Let's go! Let's go!". Even the details in the sound waves writes out "Spider-Man". I picked this up years ago, and thought about posting it when the second Spiderverse movie had come out but wanted to avoid weird messages. Enough time has passed that I feel more comfortable posting this now.Social/Sharing |
