Description

Mateus Santolouco became a superstar during his time as artist for the IDW Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles series. He surpassed himself with his work on the Shredder in Hell series. For me, his design for Oroku Saki, the Shredder, is second only to Eastman and Laird.

I was lucky to pick up this beautiful page of Shredder being dragged into the depths by demonic mermaids. Excited to have this in my collection.

The layout and the fantasy illustrations have a far east infuence like Jademan comics where there is quick cuts, tonal work, and filled with lines.
