Description

A lot of the pieces on my walls I made the frames for. About $250 equipment investment. Every frame costs me less than $50. Every penny counts towards new art. Like my buddy Dave says, "holes in my shoes and Struzan on my walls".
I also cut my own mats. It's not for everyone, but you might save some money trying. Hit me up for tips if you want to try. I use archival barriers. UV protecting acrylic when necessary.

wonderful stuff! i lack the tools and talent to attempt such a thing. i have framed a couple things myself but from ordered parts and peices. not much technique in my efforts. i imagine doing all this yourself can really add to the appreciation of the art once its on the wall.

Maybe next year when it's cold and snowy on the mainland. Problem is getting my 8 year old to pick up his toys first.
