This is just a amazing piece of art. Alex Ross created my favorite version of Captain America in the Earth x story and I am very happy to have the characters head sketch layouts and head turn arounds and the prelim sketches for covers later in the story with cap holding the shield up!
This is just so much more then a prelim. It is one of ( Earth X) Captain America first appearance that was ever published. It was shown in Wizard magazine before the first issue was ever released.
