Description

Any day I can add a Peter de Sève drawing to the collection is a good day. I had a cartoon that Peter was interested in and we discussed a trade. When I asked if he had anything with one of his wonderful alligators or crocodiles, hours later he shared this piece he drew just for me! I really could not be happier with the piece. Peter's ability to imbue animals with this type of personality is magic to me. Brilliant stuff by a brilliant artist.

I guess the gator took a step up in evolution over the crocs. Makes sense with crocs being a shoe brand that outsells gator skin shoes.

That's a delightful drawing. Seems to reach back into the old days of editorial cartooning. I wonder what the message would be here. :)
