Agustin Padilla's version of X-Men's original Thunderbird

Agustin had art duties on a really cool Hulk story - Hulk Smash Avengers #4. It had touches of a tribute to John Byrne's too short run on the title it seemed. Agustin's artwork is fantastic. I also saw a number of other commission pieces by him that were spectacular. Glad to be able to get on his list and ask for his interpretation of Thunderbird.

Padilla definitely put an exclaimation point on this piece with how intense Thunderbird looks with that flaming background that he melds with the same slashing inking style.

A super intense T-bird here! Perfect way to highlight JP! Some rich inks, too, and the bird silhouette in the background is a perfect touch. Congrats!
