Description

Was very excited to snag this 11x17 Blue Devil by Bill Willingham. It was an early character design sketch as he started work writing and drawing Shadowpact. You may notice a theme in my collection that I kinda like Shadowpact. Having an early piece that went toward the creation of the series is a thrill. You can see he pretty well had the look down, just changed the outfit and trident some.

It's cool because the casual fashion and overweight physique update makes him more relatable to modern sensibilities.
