DescriptionI don't have a specific all time favorite films list, although Unbreakable (2001) circles amongst the top. but I saw the film when it first came out in the cinemas, back then I didn't know anything about the film. Needless to say the film reinvigorated my interest in reading comic books. I'd wanted to get a commission of the main character David Dunn, played by Bruce Willis in the film for a long time. I decided to ask Sean Phillips to draw Dunn at NICE Convention, I think he's captured the likeness quite well.Thanks Sean. Social/Sharing |

The film did as much as any of the early non MCU Marvel films to advance the comic book film to have dramatic potential. It's a take on the classic origin story and was powered by Willis and Jackson's performances.
