DescriptionJeremy Bastian never fails to surprise me. I first discovered his work thanks to Simon Miller, who recommended I check him out at C2E2 while I was building out my Joker sketchbook. Turns out Joker was one of Jeremy’s favorite subjects at the time, and he delivered something truly epic.Fast forward a few years—Jeremy dropped a new commission list, and I was lucky enough to snag a spot. Naturally, I went with one of my go-to prompts. Here it is! WOW! What can I say? Nothing I would’ve imagined to see yet drawn masterfully beyond my expectations. Huge thanks to Tom McDonald for picking it up for me while I’ve been swamped with work. Check out the live unboxing bonus segment of Collector’s Christmas Ep1 for my first reactions to this piece here. Social/Sharing |

This is SO cool, especially the Azrael figure, given that it fits much of the subject matter Bastian has previously drawn. Kudos, Carl!

A demon and a knight of the order! The yin yang circular design by Bastain is made infinitely more interesting given the history of Azrael and Batman to work together and also be at odds with each other!

This is fantastic! It makes me think of the scene in Batman Begins which Batman freaks out Crane on his own Scarecrow gas.
