DescriptionI have always wanted a Simon Bisley painting since I first saw his work in 1990. Not just a watercolor prelim or 8.5x11 card art painting, aka something small. No, I wanted something of good size with a great character, and done in his crazy acrylics style. But as we all know, those paintings of his sell for thousands of dollars, so it has long been a pipe dream of mine to get one. But now thanks to Andy Brown, Biz's friend and rep for commissions, I now have this beauty featuring the incomparable She Hulk!This piece measures about 12x17 inches and was done last year for the Marvel: Heroes at War card game. I love the detail and vibrancy of the color on this one. I also love how it looks like she is tearing down the the History Channel building. (that "H" above her looks like their logo:) But it's a powerful image of a powerful character, and she definitely looks pretty tough to me. But she also has that sexy side, and let's not forget she was Marvel's first Swimsuit Special cover model. (which I also have Brian Stelfreeze's prelim painting to, in my Swimsuit gallery) Those who know me know that I am currently selling art to pay off a big grail piece, but as cool as this is and grail-worthy though it may be, this is not that grail. But while I listed a bunch of art, Andy contacted me about trading for some of the pieces I had available. As I looked through his galleries, this immediately grabbed my attention and I had to have it. Andy was very easy to work with and we sealed the deal in only a day or two. And now one of my collector dreams has come true and I couldn't be happier! Another stunning painting for the walls and another piece checked off my bucket list:) The art will be removed from the frame to be shipped to buyer. Matting can be kept and included at no additional charge so it can more easily be framed again. Social/Sharing |

Gotta love this. Simon brought out her sexiness while still delivering the savage side of her. This piece pops!!

What's already been said has crossed my mind several times. All I can add is that I can't get over how gorgeous her face is! Especially those eyes- they go right through you! Fantastic. Just fantastic.
