Fantastic early issue! Rogers' style in the cosmic fabric of Marvel comes through to put his stamp on the character like the other legends before. The layout and the fantastic space scapes deliver the big energy required to set this series on course.

Great stuff, Ettore, and from very early in the long running SS series. I like the technique of having a border panel at Surfer's knees (though still one image not divided) and the contrast beteween the bottom half vs. the top half of the page is great for viewing as a whole. Very nice, indeed. Congrats!
