Description

During the spring 2025 Comic Art Live, I saw that Terry was selling these smallish, framed Legion sketches and I thought very seriously about picking one up, but I'm running out of wall space and I already have a bunch of stuff I want to frame and hang up. So he emailed me about a commission and I said that I'm interested in something LOSH, but I really don't have any ideas. He said he had something in mind so I said sure, surprise me. A few months later he tells me it's done and he's excited, so now I'm getting excited. It shows up and I'm like: What, this is a lot more art then I paid for! I was thinking two, maybe three characters max, and I got a full background? Crazy! And those expressions. It's like they've never seen Nura before. Ultra Boy looks like he's trying to keep his cool. Star Boy is faring a bit better because after all, they're a couple. Sun Boy looks a little hot under the collar. Colossal Boy might be showing some disapproval for his teammates, and is Timber Wolf using enhanced eyesight to check her out?

Plus there was a bonus Polar Boy sketch continuing the look of shock and awe.

I think Polar Boy was kept out of the main drawing as he would have spontaneously cumbusted!
