DescriptionFirst international purchase for me, in 1999. That was a big step, and not a cheap one considering my salary then. It came from a Belgium bookstore specialized in comic books (Jaune), and I had to send a cashier's check by mail! It was listed without a visual, so I did not know beforehand both half panels were glued to a black cardboard, with a copy of the final printed color page on the other part of the board... I decided to leave it like that, since I'm not a big fan of framing anyway. Gotta love that action with the Mustang!Social/Sharing |

Looks like Maltaite is heavily influenced by the Steve McQueen car chase in Bullitt with the San Francisco hills setting. Fast paced panels bring high adrenaline and high acceleration!
