I�m constantly amazed by Matteo�s talent. Whether it�s the beautiful tonal work of his covers, commissions and books like White Knight Presents Harley Quinn, or the black and white mastery he displayed in the One Bad Day Mister Freeze special, there�s few artists working today that approach his overall level of craft and skill, IMHO.

That mastery is on full display here. His tones bring the different aspects of Mando�s costume to life, while his decision to frame the character against a stark white backdrop makes him pop off the page. I�m a sucker for great use of contrast, so his approach was right up my alley.

Strong uses of black and white with a range of of greys in between! Grogu in near white shows how much of attention should be placed on him as the focal point of the piece.

So many master moves displayed here from the composition to the rendinering. Matteo has some process photos on his Instagram. It's great to see the various stages to understand his process better. Congrats!

Matteo brings his best for this one. Love the pose, and the use of greytones to create a very dynamic piece!
