Description

Alberto�s work is filled with a life and vitality that jumps off the page, particularly in his commission work. So, I was very pleased to get on his pre-show list for this year�s NYCC.

What he came up with has all the vigor and vitality I was hoping for. Be it the dynamic action pose, the montage approach or breaking the panel borders, this one jumps off the page in so many ways.

Speaking of the page, I was not expecting Alberto to use tonal paper when I commissioned a black and white piece. While he does some splendid work with color, I�m much more of a black and white fan myself. But having my commission on this tonal paper gives me the best of both worlds and makes this one a unique entry in my new collection.
