Okay, keeping it 💯 as I always do, I have to admit that this is the first one in this series to disappoint me. Given the fact that what makes Red Tornado a visually appealing character is the tornado effect when he's flying, this one really should've been the one to have more frenetically splashed on paint flying everywhere. I still like it, but compared to the others it's disappointing.
