Description

12 year old Brian discovered Walter Simonson's art through his amazing work on the Manhunter back-up story in Detective Comics with the great Archie Goodwin and it was love at first sight.

I picked up this sketch at Terrific Con 2023. Longest line I waited in at the show and well worth it.

One of his early signature characters! You get the idea he likes drawing Manhunter more with the level of quality he puts into these drawings. The hair style design linework is very 70's.

The lines are long; but Walt and Weezie are two of the best creators to talk to, at any show! This sketch is a winner.
