I love this entire annual, and this has always been one of my favorite pages. Panels 3 and 4, in particular, are quintessential John Buscema in both power and dynamics. Steve Gan did the best job possible trying to maintain the feel and purity of Big John's pencils. Great lion sketch inked by John on the reverse, as well!

This Tarzan annual book is beautiful, and Steve'inks do give justice to Big John's pencils. Love the Lion on the back. Congratulations Joe!
