Description

A haunting Vader done by the creator of The Crow, James O'Barr! Met Mr. O'Barr at a local convention this past weekend, and hoped to get a commission done. I had watched him do many Crow sketches and remarques throughout the day, and I wanted to try something different. He was hesitant at first, and said it was something he didn't typically do, but he would give it a shot. When I went back later to pick up my sketch book, he seemed to have really enjoyed working on Darth Vader! He went above and beyond and I love it. He even thanked me for asking for something different from him!

You can imagine the Crow underneath the mask with the long face and the heavier brow over the eyes in this helmet design creating that same longing sadness Anakin shares.
