Description

When Arthur Adams was announced for Phoenix Fan Fusion 2024, I knew that a sketch from him would be the grail I wanted from the show. I made my way to his line, jumped on his list, and just continued to check back throughout the show. Toward the end of day 2, I lucked out, and walked away with this piece at the start of a new, larger sized (9x12) sketchbook. I thought that Yoda could blend Mr. Adams' love of creatures and monsters with my own love of Star Wars, and I am very happy with the results. The details are amazing on this convention piece, and I am very grateful to have my sketch request chosen that weekend. As someone who has never traveled out of state for a convention, having a legendary creator like Arthur Adams come to something local was a dream, and now I have something tangible to show for it. Hopefully the bar isn't set too high for others I hope to add one day!

Really cool with Adams' detailed eye for textures giving Yoda age and wisdom.
