Description

I bought this piece shortly before OAX but it was not signed. My first stop at OAX was to see Simone and get the story behind the piece and have it signed.

Simone said he often forgets to sign his pieces when he gets busy. I asked if this was a prelim to something and he told me he had a model friend of his sit for the piece as he wanted to get some practice doing headshots. Thanks to Matthew DiTullio for getting this signed for me to start my OAX experience with a bang.

That live model must have been a quite a looker! The red eyes and the freckles in this color themed piece are like the cherry on top of this painting.

The freckles give her a look of innocence, while the sai says don't mess with me. An electric piece
