DescriptionCLICK HERE FOR AUCTION LISTING!17x22" Bainbridge Hot Press board contains stat of John Byrne and Terry Austin's classic wraparound cover featuring Dark Phoenix versus the New X-Men: Nightcrawler, Colossus, Wolverine, Storm and core members: Cyclops, Jean Grey (Marvel Girl), Angel and Beast (blue haired version). Marvel. April 1984. The issue that answered the questions left with fans after the end of the Dark Phoenix Saga concluded. Board has taped on clear acetate sheet w/logo, corner box and burst. Has crop and bleed marks. Mechanical would have been used to make black printer negative. While no live art is on board, this is what was used to print the issue. Lt. aging/wear, corner wear, bump, some edge lifting on a few stats. Overall VF. Gary and Dawn Guzzo Collection. Social/Sharing |
