Description

Radiant Black has been one of the best indie superhero books in the last few years and I've been a fan for some time. Geraldo Borges is a well tenured artist with a unique recognizable rendering approach, and hes worked on the Massive Verse a few times. So when this piece was listed on a whatnot auction during NYCC I couldn't help but go for it.

Really, really glad I did as this piece is like no other in my collection. It stands out amongst other art by Borges, almost being mistakable for the work of the series main artist Marcelo Costa. But the best part is that Borges decided to add some kirby krackle style energy FX with a blacklight sensitive marker, something they've done with a few sketches from the radiant team before.

even knowing that I can't believe how great it looks in person. This is sure to stand out in my collection, even amongst much larger pieces.
