I'd settle for the middle panel, even though its been ruined by more inappropriately placed signatures. I could pay to get them removed. Leave the art alone guys. Sign in the borders. Theres plenty of space.

Something to consider. Was told other pages in this issue had no dialogue too.

There are people who'd redo the lettering on a Mylar overlay for a couple hundred bucks. If I had this gem I would definitely check in to it

Mylar overlay. Thats a relief. I had visions of someone with a pencil, ruler and pigment liner pen having a go.

I read years ago that the entire issue had no speech bubbles or lettering of any kind on the artwork. They put them on copies. Wonder where the copies with the original lettering went?

Love this page and the quiet, romantic moment between Scott and Jean. I recall missing out on this at one point in my earlier collecting days, but it's nice to see it on CAF again.

Amazing that I have not commented on this one yet. Beautiful and historical. This moment has been referred to over and over in the complex history between the two. Classic!
