Description

Greetings, programs! Here is the title character of the trailblazing computer-themed film, as portrayed by Bruce Boxleitner. It's 9"x12" and appears in his book The Art of Dave Aikins: Pop Culture Portrait Drawings Volume One. He uses Copic markers, black Prismacolor pencils, and white Posca paint pen.

Aikins makes his living primarily doing work on characters like Spongebob and Blues' Clues, and I got to see firsthand his delightful facility for interacting with children and autistic adults. I purchased this through Facebook after seeing Aikins demonstrate his work there. I met him at Heroes Con the following year.

Fantastic! Dave is going to be a big problem for me now because every con that he's at I'm going to feel compelled to get someone new from him.
