Description

I've become a big fan of Montana's Archie art. While its more difficult to acquire his comic book art, there are lots of strips to be had. I really like the big Sundays and this one had all five major characters and a funny gag so its a really nice addition to my Archie collection. I hope you enjoy it.

One of the greatest of the early Archie artists, his line is so instinctively suited to convey emotion, mood, or just an elegance for pin up style good girl art depending on what the story requires.

How perfect is this example? A very uniquely Canadian theme and a cute gag to boot!

Gorgeous Sunday! Bob Montana is an underrated artist whose creations are still being published today! Love the accessibility of his art and the timeless humor he wrote.
