A grail...
Page 1 of a short Man thing story (written by Marv Wolfman) published in "Shadow and Light" issue 2. With this 12 pages story, Liam Sharp surely produced his very best Man Thing art. Period. This was my very first page from Liam and I got it directly from the artist thanks again to our fellow collector John Bamber! When buying this wonderful page, Liam was generous and kind enough to send me another Man Thing page (from the regular series) for free! Thanks again Liam...

I personally think Liam's organic rendering on this Man-Thing story puts him on the level of such swampy greats as Wrightson and Totleben!

Superb page, Ivica! Incredible richness and depth to this pen and ink work; it feels like Liam was channeling Barry Windsor-Smith and Michael Zulli here, in this beautiful show of Man-Thing among the elements. Absolutely gorgeous, Ivica - mama-congrats on this treasure!
