This is the painted cover to a published coloring book sold by Trick or Treat Studios. This was my first piece by the artist Suspiria Vilchez who also does covers for various comic book studios.

That's a great cover! It feels like it belongs s part of the marketing material from when the movie came out over 20 years ago as a twisted take on coloring books before they were ever a thing.
