Part of the "Our Worlds at War" storyline.

I'm not a big DC guy, but I really like Kano's style here on Superman.
The three panel layout gives money shots in each panel. The inset gives the classic Superman flying toward the reader. The semi-splash gives the scope of the size of the villains. The final panel gives the valiant, you've-messed-with-the-wrong-guy Superman.
Kano's style brings a great action and movement to it all. You can see the influence of the popular animated series of the 90's, even bordering a bit toward Manga. It all works.

Really great style of Kano to elevate the importance of the story with power and tension building making he manga influenced style work in the Superman titles. It would eventually set up an even more stylized artist to follow.
