Description

Kevin Altieri is an artist, animator, and director known for his work on Batman: The Animated Series. He provided character design, storyboarding, and creative direction on many pivotal/memorable episodes like "The Cat and the Claw," "On Leather Wings," "Two-Face," and "The Demon's Quest." He was also a sequence director on the iconic Mask of the Phantasm movie.

I was able to chat with him for a bit-- he was a little intimidating, but a great conversationalist once you ask the right questions. He spoke fondly of legends Kevin Conroy and Bruce Timm. This piece was my favorite takeaway from Garden State Comic Fest 2024. Hope to see him again soon for another commission!

A lot of heart to this piece. Batman the Animated series is an all-time classic, and this piece captures what made it so special.
