DescriptionWell , if you are reading probably you know this work…the prequel of Metabarons “Castaka” was launched by Les Humanoïdes Associés in 2007 under the name Dayal and in 2013 was closed with the second part The Rival Twins…the entire story is based in a short story of the Juan Gimenez last album : The house of the AncestorsDas Pastoras (Julio Martinez) is an spanish artist with a long comic career in spain and france , and had the privilege to take care of the prequel Apparently this cover is the only cover of Castaka that exist because the Dayal cover is a panel of a Castaka page This cover show us the twins Myrtha and Narda blanding a beatifully sword in a style of his predecessor artist in the saga So thanks for reading Social/Sharing |

That cover is something really special! It belongs to a legendary universe created by Jodorowsky and Giménez. That is a unique an extraordinary piece! Huge congrats my friend!!!

Even without knowing the backstory, they do have the twin magic vibe going on being one side of the other in a delicate balance.

Gorgeous cover for Metabarons by Jodorowsky and Giménez. I haven't read the book or its sequel but I'm intrigued. I just saw it's for sale at my local bookstore and I'm going to check it out. I'm intrigued. Anything I should know before reading it?

You will love it Bill , Metabarons is a ten years lineal work...later you could read the genesis of this cover : Castaka
Think there are a few pages censored in USA , you can see one of a friend of mine in caf
Really the first part is The Incal of Moebius but is not necessary to read before the Metabarons
