DescriptionWolverine, Jean, and Iceman are in a lot of trouble vs Marvel's version of the Xenomorphs. The Brood were always one of the more disturbing X-Men foes to me. So creepy!Fun story. I picked up the Brood #1 cover by Hitch in late 2022. At the time, Romitaman had the Pacheco #2 cover on his site, but on hold. Over the next year and a half, I shot an email or two asking to let me know if the seller ever backs out or adbandons the piece. No such luck. Recently, I had a random conversation with an overseas friend, and he let me know he was going to SDCC and finally picking up several pieces that were held, including this one. After this, buddy, with a cold, cold heart thawed for a moment, he gave Mike the go-ahead to let me grab the cover. Thanks, JD! You've done your one good deed this year! whoa!!! X-Men sci-fi horror cover frenzy! nice to complete a set, persistence pays off! both covers in a 2 issue mini must be satisfying!

Dude, what an awesome get. Great to marry up the two covers. I've noticed this one and the X-Universe cover on hold for years thinking surely an error.

I've always loved the Brood, so I highly approve. This is also a great example of how nicely Paul Neary could ink just about anyone. Congrats!

This sure makes up for the Alien piece you let go as now you get that same feeling of chills and higher stakes with the X-Men involved.

Great wrap around Cover piece, and even cooler that you own the covers for the entire series! That's a pretty awesome accomplishment for an X title.

Really dug Pacheco's work from this time, along with some other X artists. Neary killed the inks, too. I dig how you gotta pore over some to make sure you got a handle on everything...it's like the Brood are straight taking over. Congrats, man!
