DescriptionSam Kieth’s artwork left a seismic impression on me in the 1990s. His illustrations looked completely different than everything else on the shelf; it broke all the familiar boundaries. His work obliterated my expectations of what a comic drawing should look like. Subconsciously, it hit the checkbox for everything that I would later understand that I loved about art. Plus, he drew Wolverine really cool.Social/Sharing |

You didn't often find hm painting in these deep color schemes and can be mistaken for a Sienkiewicz with that zig zag of the hair!
