A great tribute to John Cassaday as his Steve Rogers mourns at the ruins of the twin towers and asks what can one man do? Cassaday gave us the answer and how the rest of the industry should respond in dark times in this series. Steve Rogers would inspire us by reminding us of our values to help one another in times of need. It was true then and is true now. This is one of the ways Cassaday's legacy lives on.

This page says it all, with uncommon style and grace. What a loss.

A powerful image that has so many different meanings after the past week, beyond the 9/11 tribute that it started out as. You can feel the emotion on the page, and that's a testament to John's abilities as an artist. Thanks for sharing this.

Losing a talent of John Cassaday's stature is hard, but after mourning him, we will move on, remembering all the great work he created.

Great page.. I love the way he drawn the scene with the effect of atmosphere after the disaster.. the lonely feeling and the sequence..
