Description

Portada original de la historieta titulada "La maldición gitana", publicada en la Colección Olé! nº 365 - M161 (Ediciones B, Barcelona, 1989, primera edición). Medidas 38,4 x 35 cm. Firmada.
Esta portada se publicó en Alemania en el número 98 de la serie 'Clever & Smart' con el título "Das wird ein Tanz - der Boß... mit Schwanz!" (Condor Editorial / Editorial Conpart, Berlin). La ilustración original es muda y así apareció en la edición alemana.
En la Colección Olé!, la editorial española añadió un bocadillo de texto y un fondo en la parte superior para adaptarlo al formato de la colección. Si se observa con atención la portada impresa se pueden apreciar unas líneas horizontales finas que marcan el borde de la zona añadida.
El original va acompañado de una tarjeta con una dedicatoria personalizada de Ibáñez y una carta de la editorial alemana Conpart.

Original cover art for "La maldición gitana" ("The Gypsy Curse") story, published in Olé! Series #365 - M161 (Barcelona, Ediciones B, Barcelona, 1989, first edition). Size 15.12 x 13.80 inches. Signed.
This cover was published in Germany in 'Clever & Smart' series, issue #98, with the title "Das wird ein Tanz - der Boß... mit Schwanz!" (Condor Editorial / Editorial Conpart, Berlin). The original illustration is silent and appeared that way in the German edition.
In the Olé! Series, the Spanish publisher added a speech bubble and a background at the top to adapt it to the format of the collection. If you look closely at the printed cover, you can see some thin horizontal lines that mark the edge of the added area.
The original comes with an inscribed card from Ibáñez and a letter from the Conpart German publisher.

Que decir de esta obra maestra. Un Mortadelo y Filemón de lo más clásico y al más puro estilo Ibáñez. Un piezón digno de museo. Enhorabuena¡¡
