8.5x11.5" 90lb. watercolor paper, watercolor dyes, paint and color pencils. John Byrne's line art transferred on to heavy smooth hot press paper that Milestone Color Editor and artist, Noelle Giddings, hand-painted as the original camera ready art for print of the comic book cover. Static #13 was published by DC Comics under their Milestone imprint June 1994. Cover shows classic image of Static lightning surfing. Title and artist names written on back of artboard. Light edge and corner wear, but in Exc. condition.
