Stats at top for title "The Amazing Spider-Man" and by "Stan Lee And John Romita". Panel one and two contain New York's finest finding Spider-Man. Third panel contains full shot of Spider-Man hanging on the wall with police officers gun pointed at him. A few small spots of white-out. Lt. aging/handling wear. Exc. Gary and Dawn Guzzo Collection.
