DescriptionMy final of the three Turner pick-ups and my Michael Turner grail! A massive vertical DPS with Sara Pezzini wielding an activated Witchblade in an epic showdown with Ian Nottingham. I've always thought this was one of the best images from the early Witchblade run.All of Michael and D-Tron's skill and style are on full display. Sarah is straight fire in this piece, but to me, the detail of Ian's clothing and sword really stand out. This was also used for the #5 cover in Germany. Sincere thank you to Jens for reaching out and letting me grab this one. It's in a good home! Social/Sharing |

I love vertical double splashes. I think I've only ever owned one. This is great. Love the big hands of course. And that's a great shot of Sara by the late, great, Michael Turner. Some fun Image goodness. Congrats!

Indeed one of the best Witchblade pages. The publisher in Germany loved this one too and made it to a cover for issue #5. I know you love 90th's vertical DPS's and this one is a perfect example.

Phenomenal piece. Love the perspective on this one. Makes the villain that much more menancing.

Like it (the era, the characters) or not, Turner owned the second half of the 90s.

Ooh, saved the best for last! I think the refined inks by D-Tron are actually the star of this show. Gorgeous!

The clothing detail is terrific, but the star of the show is that katana handle. Sorry, Sara!

The dance begins! Who wore the better costume? And who has the better hair? Those questions have to be answered before the battle begins!

A wonderful page and the detail of the original really outshines the printed version. Michael Turner was the main reason I was buying books that were not published by Marvel at the time.

All kinds of Turner bad-ass-ery on this piece. Wonderful addition James.

Of course the third piece was a (vertical) DPS... I'm still partial to the splash page, but this is a really nice pickup with some fantastic detailing. Congrats on the trio!

Amazing detail and an absolutely beautiful layered piece. Fantastic art and composition, the great work behind all the flowing hair. Congrats!

Oh man, one of the best images from early in the run, straight up! Sara vs her rival and this one was always standout due to that composition with the perspective being right behind Ian and the imgae being done on vertical DPS. Whew. Big congrats, man!
