Description

Zoe Thorogood is a rising star, she's got a great book in Rain, and she's got an auto-bio-graphic-novel coming out soon (It's Lonely At The Centre of the Earth) which will probably only propel her trajectory even further up. When thinking about what piece of art I most wanted from her published works - while she has many great pages in Rain, and one really nice title splash from this DC Pride story (which would've been my 2nd choice) - that choice was rather easy, it was always this particular page hands down (and I do love that title splash page too, just not in the same way as this page). This page fits my kissing theme collection, but is also beautifully drawn and laid out, the rose petals in the background are a nice aesthetic, and the dialogue associated with this page is great. I love Zoe's style on Harley and Ivy, and I love this page.

Zoe is awesome and a Harley and Ivy story is quite a coup for her and her comic art collectors! This has got to be the best and most important page of the story.
