I’ve always wanted a complete issue of ICE CREAM man but I’ve been on Martin’s rep’s list since 2020 and have decided that there isn’t a list since I keep seeing loose pages in the wild. So come NYCC 2024, I figured I’ll just add him to my Joker sketchbook and call it a day.

Of course, as fate would have it, I saw a stack of his art when I went to pick up the sketchbook and came across a series of sequentials in the pile called MUKBANG (Which in Korea means live-streams that features a person eating a large quantity of food and addressing the audience) and thought… “Wow… this is one of the most digusting stories I’ve ever seen in comics!”

So of course, I knew I had to have it! I’m trying to be a good boy these days and save dry powder for vintage so good thing this was just an 8-pager. Very happy to add such a memorable and unique story to the collection! MUKBANG BABY!

I think there should have been a live stream at Eddie V's when steak was served until Nick had to pull out the Dynamite credit card.

Congrats on landing the 8-pager after being patient for so long sometimes the opportunity presents itself at the right time! the art and book looks super interesting but that isnt a surprise considering Martin's pedigree with Ice Cream Man. Will check out the other pages now but I ain't leaving a comment on each one! ;-p
