Description

From Brian Wood�s excellent Dark Horse run chronicling the story of Conan and Belit comes this page from the opening issue of the Declan Shalvey-drawn arc entitled "The Death,� in which the crew of the Tigress comes upon a ship adrift at sea with a lone shackled man on board. The decision by Belit to spare the prisoner despite Conan�s protestations leads to tragic consequences for her and the crew.

Pencils and ink on 11x17 bristol.

Great haunting close up for a decision that will haunt her! These pirate stories provide a great opportunity for adventure where Conan fights both men and the power of the high seas!
