DescriptionThis is a page that really landed hard when I read this issue as a kid. I was totally hooked by this story- from the unfolding mystery in Bludhaven to the big reveal in the previous issue, I was so excited for this one, and it did not disappoint. Even though Nightwing discovers Blockbuster's identity, he proceeds to get beaten badly and dumped on a street for a biker gang to finish him off. Through it all, Nightwing musters enough strength to beat the bikers, and you can just feel the weight of exhaustion on this page as he stands. Great acting and storytelling by McDaniel and Story here. Love these pages with special moments that stick with you.Social/Sharing |

I read 1-40 (McDaniel's run) last year and it's still really great!
