DescriptionIt's Denys Cowan month here at <> Shemp's Gallery.To celebrate I will be posting Cowan Question pages throughout the month Former Mayor Wesley Fermin evading the police for shooting on his wife. Wesley, drunk, knowingly stumbles into a standoff between police and several criminals. He is shot to death when he charges towards the criminals drawing their fire thus allowing the police to end the standoff. Love the last panel!
