Description

A letter to me from Charles Schulz. I had sent a copy of my “No Man’s Land” book to him through Amy Lago, his editor. This arrived a little while later. He unfortunately died shortly after this so I never got the chance to meet him. I later heard through John Kuramoto that while he was working with Chip Kidd on the book about Schulz’s studio there was a door to a closet that only Schulz would have access to. He said that my book was in that small library in that room. Pretty wild. Schulz and “Peanuts” was a massive inspiration to me as a child.
